This will update you email address and show you a confirmation message. How do I Cancel my Full membership? If for some reason you feel you no longer wish to be a full member of the site you can cancel you membership by clicking here you will require the transaction number from your confirmation e-mail to process the cancellation online. If you don't have your transaction number handy please contact a member of our billing team remembering to include your username and password. How do I Renew my Full Membership? Most of our Online transactions are re-occurring in nature (Excluding 12 Month price plans). This is done for your convenience as mentioned in our terms and conditions (section 4.4). Your account will be kept active until you decide to cancel your account If you have upgraded by cheque or postal order you will need to renew your account manually by sending in another cheque/postal order with an accompanying letter stating your username and stating that you wish to renew your current membership on or after the date it is due to expire.
